Returns and Cancellation Policy

Returns information for items purchased through our retail store in Wembley, London.

• These can be returned for an exchange or a credit note only, within 14 days of purchase. Full refunds are not available.

• If the fall or the blouse has been stitched or altered in any way, the saree cannot be returned.


• Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept any jewellery returns.

All Items:

-Once an item has been altered in any way, this product can no longer be returned.

-All original labels and packaging must be intact to be valid for a return. Failure to do so may result in your return being sent back.
-All items must be returned in a good condition. Please be careful when trying on items at home not to stain them in any way, as stained items cannot be returned.
-If items being returned have been used or worn, then we reserve the right to send them back to you.
-We reserve the right to refuse returns of soiled, altered or damaged items.


When you return items back, please send a copy of the invoice with goods, so we can process the returns easily – failure to enclose the invoice with the goods means we are unable to identify whom the items are being returned from, meaning we will be unable to process the refund.

Send any returns back to us through a delivery service that is a signed for so that there is confirmation of your returns. You may also insure your parcel. The risk of the goods remains yours until it has been received back in our premises. All returns are to be sent to:

You will cover be required to cover the cost of returns. If you have asked for a refund the full value of the items ordered will be refunded but the initial delivery cost will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed back to your card, which was used to process the original payment, and you should expect to receive the refund within 20 working days.

Damaged items

Our products are of excellent quality and free from defects. However if you receive an item that you deem faulty, please email us at, with your order number, item code and information about the damaged item within 7 days of you receiving them.

This way we can help you as soon as possible by replacing or repairing it and make sure you are happy with your purchase.

A lot of items are handcrafted and have hand made embroideries. Due to this they are fragile. In such cases the items are not faulty but that is how the product is meant to be.

If items are kept at our premise once purchased, the same returns policy applies as written above.
